• Does DegenFi keeps custody of my wallet or tokens?

  • DegenFi never holds custody of your wallet and of the assets you own when using the platform.

• How does "Quick Buy/Sell" works?

  • This feature enables the auto-signature of the transactions you send to the Solana blockchain from the DegenFi interface with the connected wallet. DegenFi does not process transactions for you. Learn about OAuth technology from Turnkey here.

• Does DegenFi list scam tokens?

  • DegenFi displays all new decentralized liquidity pools on supported DEXes (Raydium, Pump.Fun, etc.). We cannot guarantee the legitimacy or future value of any token. Always do your own research, both on-chain and off-chain. If a token promises big returns, it's probably lies to trick you into trading.

• Where do I give product feedback?

  • Join the private Telegram for users where you can talk with the dev team, the link is in the platform footer.

• What should I do if my transaction fails?

  • Ensure you have set appropriate priority fees in the "Advanced Settings" to make your transaction more attractive for validator nodes. If your transactions often fail, it is generally recommended to increase the priority fees and the slippage, or simply try sending the transaction again. Be cautious to learn about slippage and its risk in Quick Buy Settings.

• What does the security indicators mean?

  • Take a look at Trading Terminal for the type of indicators we have. Each have a true, false and neutral value, based off the results of the on-chain data we analyze.

• Can I use my existing Google account to sign up?

  • Yes, you can use an existing Google account to create an account on DegenFi. It is recommended to have 2FA enabled and safe practices to ensure total protection associated with access to the Google account.

• Is it possible to switch between login methods after creating an account?

  • No, you need to logout and signup with the other login method.

• Can I trade on DegenFi using my mobile device?

  • Yes, you can trade on DegenFi using your mobile device by following the steps at Mobile Sniping 101.

• How can I view the performance of my assets?

  • Go to the My Portfolio section, where you can view detailed performance information, including realized and unrealized PNL for each asset. It will help you keep track of all past activities and evaluating the effectiveness of your trading strategies.

• How can I view the performances of other wallets?

  • Click any wallet on the DegenFi platform or use the search bar to track its portfolio. Learn at Wallet Tracker

• What is the Watchlist feature?

  • Track favorite tokens with real-time price, market cap, and volume updates. Add tokens from Signals or Trading Terminal, and access them via the footer or top menu with chart and trash icons.

• How do Battles work?

  • Battles are competitive trading events (1v1 or group) where participants deposit SOL into a prize pool. Winners are determined by PNL, with customizable prize distribution (Winner-Takes-All, Top 3 Split, Proportional Split). Access via the Battles page.

• What are limit orders, and how do I use them?

  • Limit orders let you set specific buy/sell prices, executed automatically when matched. Configure them in the Trading Terminal’s Buy/Sell interface, with monitoring in Open Positions.

• How do Stop Loss and Take Profit work?

  • Stop Loss sells tokens at a set price to limit losses; Take Profit sells at a target price to lock in gains. Set both in the Trading Terminal and track in Open Positions.

• What are Pumpfun Migrated and High Volume signals?

  • Pumpfun Migrated signals highlight tokens moving to PumpfunSwap or other DEXes. High Volume signals identify tokens with significant trading activity, ideal for whale tracking.

• How do I edit my referral code?

  • Update your referral code in Advanced Settings to share with others and earn rewards, tracked in the Rewards page.

• What is the Chart Widget?

  • The Chart Widget provides embedded price charts for quick overviews, accessible from the Watchlist or Trading Terminal. Version 2 includes improved tooltips for better data visualization.

  • Turnstile CAPTCHA is used during Battle creation to prevent bots, ensuring fair participation.

• How do I use the Telegram notifications bot?

  • Enable the Telegram bot in your settings to receive real-time alerts for signals, trades, or Battles. Customize notifications via the bot’s settings.
